As part of a design team involving members from Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan and Georgia, TAG was tasked with incorporating a 130,000 SF building into the tight confines of an existing urban site. Key elements to be factored into the new store included a pedestrian bridge to an adjacent parking structure, the development of a new entry plaza adjacent to a future theatre complex, and successfully maintaining the high level of design aesthetics that Jacobson's customers have come to expect.
