The Architectural Group Incorporated was commissioned to assist the Parish in defining, documenting and compiling pertinent site data and community information to produce computer aided design (CAD) documents that would be used for master planning studies and presentations. This included topography, utilities, vegetation, and existing structures. Also integral to the planning process was research into precedent planning studies that could assist the committee's discussions. Projected project staging was conceptually visualized by 3D computer aided modeling.
