With the anticipated expansion of Dayton International Airport and the development of a commerce park along the central access corridor, the purpose of this project is to provide a convenience center for the existing and future development. The structure will act as the pinnacle of the commerce park and serve as a convenience and Welcome Center to the City of Dayton and its visitors.
