Andy Balow
Im the middle of three siblings, and therefore my parents would most likely say Im responsible for the majority of their grey hair! I was born in Minnesota, raised in Michigan, and now living in Ohio. Outside of the desire to become a chef, architecture has been a one-way road for me since high school. Years of training and supervision, the use of the correct ingredients, attention to detail, objects of criticism and most importantly passion are elements in both cooking and architecture.
